Position: Personal Assistant
Compensation: $150 per week (paid via Venmo)
Hours: 10 hours/week (2 hours/day, Mon-Fri, flexible)
Location: Arcata (in-person)About the Role: I'm a full-time remote videogame developer currently living in my family's home. I need help with day-to-day chores, household projects, organization, and vendor coordination for an upcoming move. Tasks will vary, but I promise a fun and engaging work environment!Key Responsibilities:
Household Management: Primary focus on assisting with general household chores and organization.
Errands and Shopping: Handle errands such as picking up prescriptions and groceries.
Pet Care: Provide care for a small dog, including walking, grooming, and vet visits.
Project Coordination: Help manage home improvement projects and coordinate with vendors.
Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, administrative tasks, and organizing personal tasks.
Relocation Assistance: Support in preparing for relocation, including sourcing and contacting vendors, obtaining quotes, and conducting local research for services.
Miscellaneous Tasks: Assist with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.Qualifications:
• Local to the Humboldt County area.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Comfortable with pets and basic household chores.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.Benefits:
